Hopemark uses ClearGage, a mobile payment service, that automates our billing process and gives you payment flexibility. As claims are processed, you will receive a text message from ClearGage with a secure link to pay your balance.
As alternative payment methods, you can still pay in person at the time of your appointment or use the OnPatient Portal (if you have access). It is our goal to ensure that the billing process is both convenient and transparent.
