I have been with Hopemark Health since July off last year I have had three psychiatrist since then, but they all has been wonderful in treating My mental illness and anxieties, as well as they are treat you with respect a great bunch of physicians. I have also had one psychologist who is great and listening to my story and giving me suggestions. Great ones at that has truly helped me a lot to move forward in life. And build confidence in myself.

Ive been in the care of a psychiatrist since the age of 13, I am now a 50 year old woman, searching the internet desperate to find a new psychiatrist that I could speak freely to..I came across Hopemark health, and although I live in Springfield, IL, I was able to set up a virtual appointment w his him and immediately felt comfortable and able to speak freely, he's the most incredible, understanding, mental health provider I've ever had..I immediately knew that he sincerely cared about helping me, and has changed my life. Everyone I've spoke to in his office has been amazing ..I will never have to switch to a new drain.

As a rule i hate mental health providers but was interested in ketamine so contacted hopemark, but didn’t expect much. And i met Courtney P as a provider as she has been so lovely and wonderful to work with. Very grateful to have her support during this rough time.

Room smelled HORRIBLY like mold! Couldn't sleep or breathe! Bad headache, burning eyes and sore throat. Tech told me that it happens sometimes after it rains. How can they stick people in a room like that and close the door!! Tech told me she would file a report.

I did not get a warm feeling during the sales pitch (not really a consultation) by the psychiatric physicians's assistant (PPA). The PPA has only been working with these treatments for 6 months, so the clinic appears to be understaffed. I was not reassured by how they answered my question about how they would handle, in-clinic, a potential psychotic reaction to my receiving Spravato esketamine or injected ketamine treatment. (I should not have had to ask; this info should have been volunteered. As they described it, if the treatment were to send me into a "bad trip", they might send me off by ambulance to a hospital ER waiting room by myself to come down.)

Plus, the clinic is shabby, with stained carpet and very uncomfortable office chairs, especially for a person (myself) with a bad back.

I’ve commented before about HOPEMARK HEALTH and my opinions have not changed. EXCELLENT service, but I must mention Dr. Tolani for his outstanding ability to communicate, and his ability to listen to me and understand what I want him to help me with. So easy to talk to him knowing he’s LISTENING to me. My ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY is approaching and it’s been a journey, but without Dr. Tolani, I would not be writing this review. HOPEMARK HEALTH and their KETAMINE and Spravato treatments, are what makes HOPEMARK HEALTH a treatment clinic, above all other clinics. I’m very fortunate to have found them and Dr. Tolani. MANY, MANY THANKS!!!!

Dr was very pleasant and informative. However the info she gave me contradicted my personal experience. Every time I brought it up she changed the subject.

My therapist was very helpful and easy to talk to. I didn’t give 5 stars cause I feel like some of my concerns were not addressed although I mentioned it several times. I guess I should have been more aggressive about it cause it was one of my main concerns. Overall this is a.good place to go to address your mental health issues. You can also get appointments quickly

Hopemark has an excellent portal to submit questions and other information. They offer video appointments which is always great. My doctor, Dr Tolani has been a blessing ever since my first appointment with him many years ago. He responds promptly to my messages if I have questions or concerns. He always responds with a lot of helpful information and makes me feel at ease regarding a recent diagnosis. He meets with me earlier than my scheduled appointment when he finds it prudent. He shows real concern and understanding. Dr Tolani is quick to respond when refills are needed and has been very supportive during many very difficult times. My concerns regarding medication or other forms of treatment are considered and understood. I trust him and I feel very lucky to have such a supportive and caring doctor. I highly recommend him. The clinic staff is also very friendly and supportive.

I would like to give a quick testimony i was prescribed some psyc meds from my primary dr. That sent me through a downward spiral I felt I was going to die my primary dr would not take my calls, I even went to the hospital because I was alone nobody to help ease my mind and it hit me to call dr tolanie ( if I spelled it wrong don't blame me public school system lol I digress) and i didn't have a appointment but he found the time he contacted me immediately and he talked me off the edge im a recovering addict I was gonna do what I knew to make me feel better because I thought I was severely withdrawing that's what it felt like but doc calmed me he immediately knew the problem it was the meds that was prescribed to me he told me don't take it no more and he prescribed me something that reversed everything I'm here to tell all that I feel amazing I wanted to give up people but doc T did not let me im so grateful that he cares about his patients because he didn't have to call me back but he did im very long winded so I'm ending this here this is the place to BE and Dr tolanie is the man to SEE good day people God bless.

I’ve been under Dr. Nazeer’s care since 2018. I am beyond grateful for all he and his staff have done for me since day 1!
Since then, I am in a much better place , 6 yrs later , thanks to his dedication in helping me heal.

I have been going to Hopemark for over a year and have had some great experiences and some not so great experiences. The ketamine infusions did help and the majority of the staff have been excellent in supporting my mental health journey.

Dr. Nazeer is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and treats his patients with respect. He genuinely cares about you. The same can be said about Kalindi Patel and Samantha Lynch. - I’m sure the majority of the team is great, those are just the people I have worked with.

However, some things have not been so great. I received a $600 charge with no notice and no explanation of why I received that charge. After calling them, I was told it was for two appointments that occurred a YEAR prior.

Additionally, I had a staff member (Justin Jelinski) laugh in my face and hung up on our call, which is completely unacceptable when dealing with patients suffering from mental illness.

Overall, I will say Hopemark is a great place, and while the late bill was frustrating, it was not the end of the world.

Unfortunately, that one experience with Justin Jelinski skewed my entire review as no place offering any sort of mental health treatment should allow a doctor to laugh in your face when you are actively suffering.

I received an automated message asking me if I would leave a review and I decided that yes, I will leave a review, because the people working in this downtown Chicago clinic, where I have had my Spravato treatments for the past two years, have been consistently and unfailingly professional, efficient, and caring. This goes for the secretary with whom I schedule appointments, the clinicians I have met, and, above all, to the nurse whom I meet month after month and who makes this review well-deserved.
