Amazing experience with Alexander. Very thoughtful, very soft spoken and asked questions that I've never been asked before which made me feel better about choosing him. This practice has some excellent providers, but my experience with the organization itself was extremely unsettling. My longtime provider, January, was incredible for over two years. In December, I was abruptly told my final appointment with her was canceled because she was leaving earlier than expected with no explanation. They immediately tried to book me with someone new without asking about my comfort or preference regarding staying with her or seeing a new provider.

The lack of transparency and sensitivity around provider departures made me feel unsupported as a patient. I would not trust the organization with continuity of care, but I absolutely trust January.

The first and only psychiatrist in my 23 waking years that has not just giving me meds told me to go to therapy and let me go. They Go above and beyond and extensively to figure out what is wrong and improve In those areas. Good stuff nice people too.

Changed doctors within Hopemark. New doc was very good, listened to me, asked pertinent questions & discussed options. Also came up with some new ideas I hadn’t tried before. Took 40 minutes with me (last one was never any longer than 10-15 minutes)

I am noticing an improvement with the help of Courtney (NP), Dr. Tomatsu, and Danielle. I am happier, more relaxed, and am getting closer to being treated for ADHD. The only things I would improve are the ambiance of the rooms and Hopemark, in general, not to be so conservative with dosages because people have different rates of metabolism. The techs are very nice, too! Thank you! 🙂

I’ve been doing TMS therapy for 32 sessions. 3 sessions a week for 8 weeks and I’m in my final week. I’ve noticed a considerable difference in my moods and depression symptoms have improved. I would recommend this treatment. It’s a huge commitment but it was worth it. I’ve been on multiple medications with no symptom improvement but this seems to have made a difference. Everyone at the downtown office was great. I only went to the Orland Park office for my initial appointment but my experience with that office was just as good.

Doctors in Hopemark need improvement in how they work with their patients, specifically in explaining how medication works and its side effects. Doctors in Hopemark also need more enthusiasm in their jobs. Patients depend on their help, much like a blind person depends on their hearing or whatever they have to move forward. In summary, Hopemark needs improvement in how its physicians deal with their patients.

I have been using Hopemark Health for psychiatry for over 10 years at this point (even since before the name rebranding). They are clearly passionate about the difference they make in the lives of their patients. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone suffering from a serious mental disorder. Getting help isn't a sign of weakness, it's the first step towards a healthy lifestyle.

I unfortunately had a really subpar experience with this location. I came to Hopemark for TMS treatment for depression. At many points during my evaluation session, I felt condescended and/or felt like the provider was doubting my mental health history and experiences. Later, my insurance denied coverage for the procedure. Communication from Hopemark about this was really bad. I received no information from anyone about how to move forward, the appeal process, etc. After contacting them myself for help, I was promised calls back again and again with no follow-through. Eventually I got in touch with someone who told me there was nothing else Hopemark could do at this point. Had I been given this information weeks ago, I could have been taking steps in another direction to find treatment for my severe depression. I am still waiting on yet another promised call back to provide me with necessary information I need to appeal individually with my insurance for this treatment. Ultimately, I did not feel cared for at Hopemark Oakbrook.

I’ve been going to Hopemark Health in Oak Brook for over 10 years now, and the care has always been exceptional. The service is great—scheduling is easy, and communication is excellent. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable, with drinks and snacks available for patients.

The phone staff is always very nice and helpful, and the nurses in the office are just as kind and professional. January Robinson is always polite, truly listens, and provides thoughtful guidance. I also appreciate the convenience of virtual appointments, which make it much easier to stay on top of my health with a busy schedule.

Dr. Nazeer has created a great, up-to-date practice with many locations, making quality care accessible to more people. It’s a very well-run organization overall, and I highly recommend Hopemark Health to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care!

Sandya Janardhan has been a huge help to me. She is very kind and patient. I had genetic testing done and from the results we are working on finding the best medication to treat my depression. Brent was amazing. He’s a paramedic that volunteers his open time and made me feel comfortable by cracking jokes and listening to me tell my stories while we attempted to place an IV. I have bad veins so we were unsuccessful HOWEVER he came in and did my ketamine via shots and was super professional and clean and the shots didn’t hurt at all. He’s good, y’all, hang on to him. The office is incredibly clean and organized-even snacks and juices and water while you wait or for after treatment. It’s significantly more updated than the downtown office and even still, they’re awesome. It’s really hard to fault this team.

I've been with Dr Nazeer for over 10 yrs and this medical practice is second to none.

They listen to you and work to treat your mental condition. I've never had a negative experience and they also provide new treatments most psychiatrists don't.

Hopemark is kind and truly believes in patient well-being. If you're suffering, I highly recommend giving them a call.

Everyone I worked with was professional and pleasant. I felt comfortable and fairly relaxed. Their suggestions and explanations were very helpful.The building was easy to find and parking was convenient. The office is somewhat tight and during my treatment I did notice doors slamming shut, etc.

I called because it says when looking for a Dr they accept Medicaid but once you call they tell you they don’t and you have to pay out of pocket so my kid who talks about killing himself everyday who wants to talk to someone can’t cause we’re not rich and these places say they accept Medicaid but really don’t

Hello my friends, my immediate family members of APS/Hopemark. I wanted to write and leave a great review on how phenomenal and ever loving of Crew Members have treated me and my mother with ultimate kindness since 2022. I also wanted to say thank you for putting up with my uncertainty of mixed emotions I have experienced in the recent 1-1/2 years and apologize if I ever offended anyone at Hopemark. These awesome people here at the Oak Brook location have been extremely supportive and understanding of my pain and anguish coming from there to here. The Ketamine I.V. Infusions I went back to is helping me out greatly healing from having negative reactions while I was on Spravado. Ketamine has always been better for me than the other. So please keep up the great work and I love the receptionist as she has such an outgoing personality and a very cute sense of humor along with some new and current faces. Keep up the good work and please for the current Staff and Crew Members; don’t go anywhere and do not ever change!!!! I look to meeting many more Medical technicians and new administration members!!!
Other than that, please do not change, stay awesome, loving and kind not just for me but for all your patients in dire need!!!

The doctors here are kind and responsive and they have great avaliability. I like that they keep up-to-date and offer new and promising therapies, including ketamine therapy. I've worked with them for years before trying ketamine therapy, but ketamine therapy has been great. I highly recommend it too, especially for people who haven't responded well to medication.
