Had my Virtual Appointment with Bridget Henry. It was great, She was very empathetic, knowledgeable and kind. A wonderful listener.
She answered all my questions and also asked the right questions. We came up with a plan and I had hope for the first time in a long time. Living with Anxiety and Depression is very difficult and when someone is kind and really wants to help it makes life easier.

One of my providers suggested I go to Hopemark. I began therapy in January 2026 and I am pleased with the results. Samantha, Angie, Gia, and Dimitra have all been professional regarding my treatment. I’ve been coming to this place for a very long. I’m extremely frustrated with my experience here. I submitted my FMLA form about a week and a half ago and it still hasn’t been completed. I called the office and was told they would follow up with Kalindi Patel, and I’ve also sent multiple messages and even left a voicemail. I still haven’t received a response.
I even scheduled a full appointment specifically to ensure the form would be filled out, and I was told it would be taken care of. At this point, I feel ignored and really disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. I hope the office improves their responsiveness for other patient’s.

Hopemark Health in Orland Park feels like the secret lab where science meets good vibes. You walk in expecting another bland clinic, but it’s more like a cozy spaceship run by kind geniuses who actually listen. They don’t treat you like “Patient #404 — Mood Error Detected,” they treat you like a whole person with a story. The mix of therapy, brain tech, and compassion basically rebooted my system. After a few visits, I felt like someone turned the lights back on inside my head. Five stars, zero side-eye, infinite gratitude. Cannot recommend this place enough! I love the people there, they all are so incredibly kind and thorough! Maya always wants to make sure you are comfortable for TMS, Samantha makes sure you are getting the best care, and Demetria is ALWAYS on it and welcomes everyone with a big smile!

If you’re looking for PMHNP Samantha Lynch is a good choice. I’m currently in TMS therapy and it’s helping me think more positive about life. Keep up the good work at this facility.

I have dealt with three people at Hopemark Health in Orland Park. Each person was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, they have an inconvenient way of structuring things that is of little benefit to the patient. While I know that virtual appointments are common these days, they really do not replace the human connection of an in person session. Hopemark offers both but presently have few therapists that offer in person appointments. I don't know how long the Orland Park location has been in operation, but it is like the place just opened and without adequate staffing. In regard to what insurances Hopemark does or does not accept; it is confusing and I believe intentionally misleading. The first thing I checked was what insurances are accepted. I was encouraged to see that mine is. Come to find out, that is not the case with each provider there. Some accept this insurance, some don't, some accept that one, but not these, etc., etc., etc. The explanation given was unclear at best and at worst I suspect about half a load. Admittedly, I do not know how this particular industry works and I am sure these issues are not specific to Hopemark; I am afraid it is an industry standard. However, that does not make it right. You can't tell me that it would be impossible, or all that difficult to make sure that all providers working for the same company accept the same insurances. I know they would tell you something different, but that would be less than truthful. I will say that the psychiatric nurse practitioner there was quite good. Sadly, I learned that she is not a therapist per say, she is a medicine manager. I honestly did not know that there was a difference between psychiatric care and talk therapy and that it takes more than one provider to administer both. That is not just at Hopemark, it is industry wide. That way of doing things benefits the industry itself and the pharmaceutical companies. It might not hurt the patient necessarily, but it certainly does not value easy access or continuity of care. Bottom line is: the people at Hopemark Orland Park seem thoughtful and nice, but as a business of this type goes, it seems pretty much like all of the rest.

So very grateful for the incredible staff at the Orland Park Hopemark Health office. I started dual treatments here (back in July 2024) and it’s been a fantastic experience. The office staff (Juana, Alissa, & Dimitra) are all so warm and compassionate. Samatha is an excellent provider; she’s a great listener and never in a rush to just get you out the door and move on to the next. Allison is an amazing TMS tech. She made all the sessions as pleasant as possible and is so kind and personable. You will never feel like just a number at this practice. The staff here is wonderful! My nurse was Angie and she made me feel comfortable and was super informative and patient. Even the staff at the front desk are excellent. I had a personal emergency happen right before and they helped me through it, called back quickly, and helped me fix the issue. I am very pleased with my care as well as my treatment so far! The doctors are very nice also. I met with Samantha Lynch! Great experience!

Being a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Samantha brings her nursing training (taking care of patients, having compassion, and being responsive) and training as a prescriber.
